Welcome to February’s Update. I hope you are all keeping well and looking forward to the spring which is just around the corner. For those with children I hope that you had a good half term.
Family Weekend – 27th to 30th May 2022
Thank you to all the members who have returned their completed booking form so far, we have over 40 members attending up till now. We will be in touch with everyone who has booked with further information soon.
Please remember the booking forms must be returned by 31st March to guarantee rooms are allocated to members, the Hilton provisionally reserve rooms for our members and if not booked in time will be released back to the public, the booking form can be returned with a 50% deposit and with full payment not required until the 27th April.

NEW LOGO AND SHOP ITEMS
The new logo has been agreed and we are currently in process of ordering new stock for the shop. This is an exciting time for the charity.

RAFFLE AND AUCTION PRIZES
We need raffle and auction prizes for the Family Weekend.
If you have anything that you could donate or have contacts with a company who may be able to supply these we would be grateful for your support.

NEW TRUSTEE
The Trustees would like to welcome Nikita Matthews to the team. Lisa is moving to the role of general trustee and will focus also on running the shop.
Nikita has experience in fundraising and social media and will focus her attention on top of normal trustee duties in being the fundraising and social media coordinator.
Nikita is wife to Josh and mum to Hunter and Harper (who has Sturge Weber Syndrome).
