I hope all our members are well and enjoying the Jubilee Weekend. May has had lots to offer the Trustees including the Family Weekend in Coventry. We are launching an appeal for members to join the Friends of Sturge Weber and volunteer for the charity. Look out on social media for information on this or contact support@sturgeweber.org.uk for more information
Family Weekend – 27th to 30th May 2022
The Family Weekend took place last weekend and was well attended. It was lovely to see our members in person after such a long time. The format of the weekend was run differently and took a more relaxed approached to allow families to spend more time together and have a free flow approach.
We did have set talks over the weekend and we would like to thank Kate from Mind Coventry, Sarah Hodkinson from Ramsdens Solicitors, Catherine Swales and Rion Walsh from Great Ormond Street Hospital and Sir Simon Baron-Cohen for speaking to our members.
The Activity Club was run by Jayne Dainty from SOS Care and the children and young adults all really enjoyed the time they spent in the club.
A thank you to Stacy and Wendy from Doubletree by Hilton Coventry for all their support and help in planning the weekend.

Speakers talks for members
The Trustees want the speakers talks to be made available to all members. Steve is currently working on a member only page at the back of the website. A log in will be sent to you and once you have this you will be able to access this which will allow you to view the talks from weekend. Watch this space!
